Going out on a short limb here, I think Ouroborus doesn't want the entire
window size for the specified render resolution to show but to only have a
render window the size of the selected region instead. Must need work space
while viewing I guess.
Can't be done. Although the window size and view position can be manipulated
in the usual way. I'm also talking about the Windows OS here.
In fact, you may have come across a good feature idea Ouroborus. Either to
have a Window menu like some other programs do (set Window size and/or position
then remember it) or a region-only window.
